Meeting Analytics
Meeting Analytics is available automatically once your calendar is connected and meetings are being recorded. There is no separate setup required. As meetings are completed and analyzed, data populates across all sections of the Analytics dashboard.
Use the filters at the top to adjust what you see:
- Team filter - switch between all meetings, team meetings, or individual views
- Time period - select a range to view consolidated data:
- All time
- Last week
- Last month
- Last 3 months
- Last 6 months
- Last year
High-Level Metrics
Three headline numbers at the top of the page:
- Total Meetings - the total number of meetings held within the selected timeframe
- Avg Meeting Score - the average quality score across all meetings
- Talk to Listen Ratio (Reps) - the percentage of time reps spent talking versus listening
Meetings Over Time
A bar chart showing daily meeting activity trends.
Toggle between By weeks or by day to identify peak interaction days and track volume over time.
Meeting Sentiment
An overall sentiment score (e.g., 72% Positive) based on AI analysis of meeting conversations.
A scorecard breaks this down into four components:
- Speech rate - measures the speed and pace of delivery
- Grammar & tone - evaluates professionalism and emotional delivery
- Words Clarity - assesses articulation and precision of language
- Interruptions - flags instances where speakers overlap
Meeting Analysis
An AI-generated assessment of conversation quality across five performance areas. Each area includes a score, a description, and an expandable breakdown of Strengths and Areas to Improve.

How clearly, confidently, and professionally conversations are communicated.
Engagement & Conversation Balance
How well the conversation is balanced between speaking and listening.
Meeting Direction & Control
How effectively meetings stay structured and focused on their goals.
Value Articulation
How clearly product value is connected to prospect needs and context.
Closure & Next-Step Effectiveness
How clearly discussions are wrapped up and next steps are defined.
Each area expands to show:
- Strengths - what went well, identified from meeting transcripts
- Areas to Improve - where performance can be strengthened
This report is generated using AI analysis of meeting transcripts and updates continuously.
Meeting Score Trend
A leaderboard showing individual team members ranked by meeting score.
- Top scores - reps with the highest meeting scores
- Low scores - reps with the lowest meeting scores
Each entry shows the rep's name, avatar, and score. This helps managers identify coaching opportunities and recognize strong performers.
Meetings in Deal Stage
A bar chart showing the number of meetings created in every deal stage. Use the pipeline selector to switch between pipelines.
This helps identify which deal stages require the most engagement and where conversations are concentrated.
Distribution of Next Actions
A pie chart showing the status of AI-suggested follow-up actions across all meetings.
Actions are categorized as:
- Completed
- Pending
- Discarded
The total count of next actions is displayed in the center of the chart.
Meeting Analytics helps teams measure conversation quality, track meeting volume, and identify patterns that lead to better outcomes. Use it alongside Meeting Intelligence to continuously improve how your team sells.
