What is Zulie AI?

Zulie is SparrowCRM's AI. One name across the assistant you talk to, the AI fields on records, and the intelligence running quietly through meetings, calls, and deals.

If SparrowCRM is the workspace, Zulie is the intelligence in its bones.

What Zulie does

Zulie takes many shapes across the product. It becomes an assistant when you need one, a system that fills AI fields on your records, an analyst that scores your calls and deals, and a guide that walks you through setup on day one. Same Zulie, different job depending on where you meet it.

• As an assistant - Ask Zulie is a conversational interface. Ask about records, pipelines, or activity. Zulie answers, and takes action where it can. See Ask Zulie.
• As fields on records across objects - AI fields appear on Contacts, Companies, Deals, Meetings, and Calls. Zulie computes them from activity, conversations, and enriched data. See AI Fields.
• The signal running through every module - Meeting summaries, call scoring, deal health, data enrichment, next-step recommendations, and more. See proactive AI
• During setup - Kickoffs is the setup experience on your home page when you first sign in. It walks you through configuring your account, bringing your team in, and connecting your email and calendar so Zulie has something to work with. See Kickoffs.

Where you'll see Zulie

Zulie is present across almost every surface in SparrowCRM.

• On the home page - Ask Zulie in the left navigation. Kickoffs while you're setting up. Needs your attention surfaces what Zulie thinks you should look at first.
• On Contacts - AI fields, summaries, and next-step recommendations on every contact record.
• On Companies - AI fields, enriched data pulled from the web, and account-level summaries.
• On Deals - Deal health, win and loss patterns, AI fields, and stage recommendations.
• In Meetings - Transcripts, notes, tags, summaries, and follow-up tasks generated after every call.
• In Calls - Scoring, key insights, relationship snapshots, and next actions on every call record.
• In Reports - Generate reports by describing what you want. Zulie builds the query, chart, and layout.
• In Tasks - Recommended tasks based on meeting content and record activity.
• In Notes - Templates and inline slash commands powered by Zulie.
• In Lists and views - Filter, sort, and group by any AI field.
• In search - The command bar at the top of every page. Search records, ask Zulie a question, or run a quick action.

Zulie works with the data in the workspace: records, meetings, calls, notes, tasks, emails, and calendar events. Permissions apply.
