What you can do with Ask Zulie
Ask Zulie handles a wide range of work across the CRM. Each kind of task draws on data from different parts of the workspace, so the same chat can move between Deals, Contacts, Companies, Meetings, Calls, Notes, Tasks, Lists, and Reports without switching context.
1. Find records and activity
Retrieve records and activity from anywhere in the workspace. Ask Zulie searches across Contacts, Companies, Deals, Meetings, Calls, Notes, Tasks, and Lists, and returns the specific record, subset, or field.
Use it to:
- Locate a record when the exact name is fuzzy
- Filter a section by a condition
- Pull activity across multiple sections for a single contact or account
- Retrieve a specific note, task, or file linked to a record
Example prompts:
- Show me all meetings I have with Acme this week
- What deals are closing this month above $25K?
- Find the last three notes on the Baxter deal
- Which contacts at Google haven't heard from me in 30 days?
- Show me every task tied to the Hyundai account
- List my open deals in the Enterprise pipeline
2. Understand conversations from meetings and calls
Summarize what happened in a call or meeting, explain why a signal changed, and analyze patterns across conversations. Ask Zulie draws on Meeting transcripts, Call recordings, Deal history, Contact activity, and Notes.
Use it to:
- Summarize a single call, meeting, contact, or account
- Explain a change in a deal's health score or a contact's engagement score
- Analyze patterns across a set of deals, calls, or contacts
- Understand the sentiment or objections in a specific conversation
Example prompts:
- Summarize the last call with Priya at Acme
- Why is the Baxter deal stuck in negotiation?
- What was discussed in yesterday's meeting with Google?
- What objections came up in the last three demo calls?
- What are the common reasons deals were lost last quarter?
- Summarize the last 30 days of activity on the Hyundai account
- What did Priya say about pricing in our last call?
3. Check pipeline, revenue, and performance
Get answers on pipeline, revenue, and team performance without opening a report. Ask Zulie draws on Deals, Contacts, Companies, Reports, and Activity data, and can generate a chart or a full report on request.
Use it to:
- Check pipeline, revenue, and forecast at any time
- Compare periods, regions, sources, or reps
- Diagnose why a number changed
- Measure team activity and productivity
- Generate charts and full reports from a natural language description
Example prompts:
- What's my pipeline this quarter?
- Forecast revenue for this month
- Compare pipeline this quarter to last quarter
- Which stage loses the most deals?

- Average response time across the sales team this month

4. Stay ahead of your day

5. Execute actions across the CRM
Create, update, and delete records. Draft emails. Build and run workflows. Ask Zulie takes action across Contacts, Companies, Deals, Notes, Tasks, Emails, Sequences, and Workflows. Every action is shown as a proposed change before it runs, and nothing is created, updated, sent, or deleted without approval.
Use it to:
- Create or update a Contact, Company, or Deal from a conversation
- Log a call outcome or add a meeting note
- Create tasks and assign them to a teammate
- Draft an email using context from a call or meeting
- Chain multiple steps together in a single request
- Build a workflow by describing what it should do
Single-step example prompts:
- Create a contact for Maya from TechFlow, she's interested in our product
- Update the Acme deal stage to Closed Won
- Add a note on the Baxter contact summarizing today's meeting
- Create a task for me to send the proposal by Friday

- Move all deals stalled for 30+ days back to Qualification
- Enroll every Healthcare contact with an open deal above $50K into the Q2 nurture sequence
- Reassign all accounts owned by John to Sarah and notify her
Build a workflow:

- If a meeting has negative sentiment, alert the account owner and the manager
- When a lead books a demo, assign the SDR on rotation
6. Answer complex questions
Combine information from multiple sources to answer questions no single section can answer alone. Ask Zulie pulls across records, meetings, calls, notes, emails, and activity in one query, and returns a synthesized answer.
Use it to:

- Find patterns across multiple deals, calls, or accounts

Use it to:
- Get an explanation of a feature or field
- Find where a setting lives in the product
